ZOLL is teaming up with the Florida Ambulance Association on an event in Lutz, FL which takes a fun approach to implementing the right KPI’s that drive EMS/Ambulance billing department performance. First we will take a look at each department’s performance in key areas. Then, the competition begins. Whoever has the best KPI’s according to industry standards brings home the coveted BILL-OFF trophy and bragging rights, of course. During the event we will discuss various process improvement techniques as well as how we can leverage technology in order to make your billing department more efficient and effective.
